Craft Crew is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our reach across Europe and North America. As a Microsoft Partner and boutique outsourcing firm, we build elite engineering teams and deliver cloud, AI, and software transformation for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a BDR, you will generate leads, qualify prospects, and build early-stage pipeline for Microsoft cloud services, custom software development, and team augmentation services across international markets (EU/US/Canada).
- Prospect and identify leads in North America and Europe with digital transformation needs
- Execute multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and conduct discovery calls
- Log and track all activities in HubSpot CRM and/or Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on outreach strategy and follow-ups
- Pitch Craft Crew’s Microsoft solutions, staff augmentation, and cloud/AI services
- Coordinate SQL hand-offs and assist in pipeline growth
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B tech sales (SaaS, outsourcing, or IT services preferred)
- Fluent English (additional EU languages a plus)
- - Familiarity with CRMs, sales automation, and Microsoft solution stack
- Strong communicator, self-starter, curious problem solver
