Craft Crew is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our reach across Europe and North America. As a Microsoft Partner and boutique outsourcing firm, we build elite engineering teams and deliver cloud, AI, and software transformation for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll lead outreach to Gulf-based enterprises, identify qualified prospects, and hand off SQLs to the Senior BDM for Microsoft or outsourcing sales tracks
- Identify and engage Gulf clients via outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Customize messaging for Arabic-speaking and regional stakeholders
- Present Microsoft cloud offerings and staff augmentation models
- Log and manage leads using HubSpot / Dynamics CRM
- Coordinate with marketing for Arabic content and event follow-ups
- Follow structured KPIs to book meetings and pass qualified leads
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B tech sales (SaaS, outsourcing, or IT services preferred)
- Strong verbal/written Arabic + English skills
- Experience in cloud, outsourcing, or Microsoft ecosystem preferred
- CRM fluency and outbound discipline
