Craft Crew is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead global sales efforts across Microsoft cloud solutions and outsourced software services. As a fast-scaling Microsoft Partner and boutique outsourcing firm, our BDM will shape GTM, close strategic deals, and mentor a lean BDR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle from lead to close in EU, US, and Gulf regions
- Engage C-level buyers on Microsoft, outsourcing, and AI/ML opportunities
- Coordinate Co-Sell efforts with Microsoft partners and regional alliances
- Guide and review BDR pipelines and SQL quality
- Track revenue, pipeline KPIs via HubSpot and weekly syncs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in tech sales, ideally with Microsoft, SaaS, or outsourcing exposure
- Proven record of deal closures in GCC or global markets
- Arabic + English fluency preferred
- CRM fluency, consultative sales skills, strategic leadership mindset
